Booking an appointment

When scheduling an appointment, you will be required to provide the following information: First & last name, Contact phone number & email address. This information is used only to confirm appointments.  The same goes while booking for multiple guests, or private parties - any parties larger than 3 people will require a credit card to be held on file in order to hold your spots. 

Cancellations

 We totally understand that things come up, a simple email or phone call is very much appreciated if you're running late for your appt. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice for any cancellations and rescheduling. For private parties, or groups larger than 3 people who fail to meet these requirements, a full charge of the services scheduled will be applied. 

Late arrivals

We recommend that you arrive 5 minutes early in order to hang up your coat, pick out a polish colour and get settled in. We understand things happen and will do our best to accomodate late arrivals, however our services are booked in an alloted time slot and our estheticians are often booked back to back. If required, we must customize the service to fit the remaining time left and a full service fee will still be applied. 

No pets

As much as we love animals, we do not allow any pets inside the spa for sanitization reasons.

Skin conditions

The health and safety of all of our guests is our top priority, we cannot provide services to clients with any type of skin conditions such as warts, fungus, open wounds etc. Thank you for understanding and informing your esthetician prior to the start of service.
